This Cookie Policy explains how Centangle Global LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on forcevera.com and in the ForceVera web application. A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include your browser's local storage.
In short
- Strictly necessary cookies run the site and keep accounts secure. They are always on.
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) help us understand how our public website and sign-up pages are used. They are only used on those pages, never inside the signed-in ForceVera app.
- If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, analytics cookies stay off until you accept them in the cookie banner. Elsewhere they are on by default and you can turn them off at any time with the Cookie settings link in the website footer.
- We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell personal data.
Strictly necessary cookies
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
forcevera_session | Keeps you signed in and remembers your session as you move between pages. | Ends after 2 hours of inactivity |
XSRF-TOKEN | Security: protects forms against cross-site request forgery. | 2 hours |
remember_web_… | Keeps you signed in on this device when you tick "Remember me". | Up to 400 days, or until you sign out |
Analytics cookies (with your consent where required)
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga, _ga_… | Google Analytics (Google LLC) | Counts visits and tells visits apart, to measure how pages and sign-ups perform. | 2 years |
_clck | Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) | Keeps a random visitor ID so Clarity can group page views from the same browser. | 1 year |
_clsk | Microsoft Clarity | Joins page views from one visit into a single session. | 1 day |
CLID, MUID | Microsoft Clarity (set on clarity.ms and bing.com) | Recognise the browser across sites that use Clarity, for Clarity's own service. | 1 year |
Microsoft Clarity records how visitors scroll and click on our public pages so we can fix confusing pages. It masks text you type into forms and does not record passwords or payment details. Google Tag Manager, which we use to manage these scripts, sets no cookies of its own. We use Google Consent Mode, so Google's tools do not set analytics cookies until consent allows them.
Browser storage
The site and web app store small settings in your browser's local storage: your cookie choice (fv_consent), your company's time zone and whether you have seen the welcome tour. They never leave your device and you can clear them in your browser settings.
Third parties
- Calendly: when you choose "Book a demo", the Calendly booking window loads and Calendly may set its own cookies. Nothing from Calendly loads until you click.
- Stripe: on the checkout and payment pages, Stripe sets cookies to process payments securely and prevent fraud.
These providers' own policies explain their cookies.
Managing cookies
You can change your analytics choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the website footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics across all sites with Google's opt-out browser add-on. Because ForceVera's cookies are needed for sign-in and security, the web app will not work if you block them, but you can still read our public pages.
