How much does ForceVera cost?
ForceVera costs $149 a month for Basic (up to 25 guards), $399 a month for Pro (up to 100 guards) and $999 a month for Enterprise (up to 500 guards). Prices are per company, in US dollars before tax, and annual billing saves about 17%.
Do you charge per user or per seat?
No. You pay one flat price per company, sized by the number of guards. Admins, dispatchers, supervisors and client users are not counted, so adding office staff or giving clients access never raises your bill.
How does the free trial work?
Basic and Pro start with a 14-day free trial. You enter a card when you start and nothing is charged during the trial. Cancel any time before it ends and you pay nothing; otherwise your plan starts and the card is charged when the trial ends.
What happens if we grow past our guard limit?
When you reach your plan's guard limit, you cannot add another guard until you make room for one. Add 10 more guards for $49 a month, or move up a plan. Both take a minute and are prorated, and the guards you already have keep working. Enterprise is never stopped: it includes 500 guards, and each guard above that is $2 a month.
Are text messages included?
Yes. Every plan includes SMS credits each month for shift alerts and reminders: one credit per 160-character text. Push notifications and email alerts are not counted. Extra credits are $0.03 each, or send from your own Twilio account and use no credits.
Are there setup fees or contracts?
Basic and Pro have no setup fee and bill month to month; cancel any time. Enterprise includes guided onboarding for a one-time fee. Annual billing is optional.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your subscription page. Changes are prorated, so you only pay the difference for the rest of the billing period.
Which currencies and payment methods do you accept?
Prices are in US dollars. Cards are processed securely by Stripe, so ForceVera never stores card numbers. Companies in Canada, the UK and Europe can subscribe; your bank converts the charge to your currency.
