Guard scheduling: questions, answered

Can guards see their schedule on their phone?

Yes. When you publish a schedule, each guard sees their shifts in the ForceVera app and gets a reminder before each shift starts.

Can I copy last week's schedule?

Yes. Duplicate a week and change only what is different, then publish.

What happens when a guard cannot work a shift?

The guard can reject a pending shift in the app with a reason. Admins and dispatchers see it on the Shift Rejections page and can reassign the post.

Can I export the schedule?

Yes. Schedules export to PDF for posting or sharing and to Excel for planning and payroll.

Does scheduling connect to time tracking?

Yes. Each shift links to the geofenced time clock, so you can compare scheduled hours with the hours actually worked.
