Security guard management software for companies in Ireland and the EU

Plan rotas, prove guards were on site, record patrols and incidents, and send clients the evidence they ask for, in one platform built for security companies in Ireland and across the EU.

What software do security companies in Ireland and the EU use to manage guards?

Security companies in Ireland and across the EU use guard management software to plan rotas, verify attendance on site, record patrols and incidents, and report to clients. ForceVera does this in one platform: rotas on guards' phones, a geofenced clock-in, QR patrol checkpoints, incident and daily reports, and a client portal.

What security companies in Europe need, in one platform

GDPR terms in placeOur Data Processing Addendum includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for data hosted in the United States. Your company remains the controller of your guards' and clients' data.
Hours under the Working Time DirectiveTimesheets show the hours each guard actually worked, which helps you check them against the 48-hour average and daily and weekly rest periods before you publish the next rota.
PSA licences on fileIn Ireland, guards can upload a photo of their Private Security Authority (PSA) licence in the app, so a copy sits on their profile. ForceVera does not track licence expiry dates.
Lone workers looked afterDispatchers see who is on duty and get alerts when a guard leaves the site's geofence or stops moving, so a lone worker who goes quiet is noticed.
Site instructions in the guard appEach site's instructions are in the guard app, so the guard on post has them on their phone; dispatchers keep post orders for each site (Pro and Enterprise).
Your brand on client reportsClients receive daily reports with your logo and colours, sent from your own email address.

FAQ

ForceVera in Europe: questions, answered

Can we pay in euros?

Not today. Prices are in US dollars and charged to your card through Stripe, and your bank converts the charge to euros.

Is ForceVera available in other European languages?

No. The web app and the guard apps are in English only, so guards and clients need to be comfortable working in English.

Where is our data hosted?

ForceVera is hosted in the United States. Our Data Processing Addendum incorporates the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for these transfers, and your company remains the controller of your guards' and clients' data.

Does ForceVera verify PSA licences?

No. Guards can upload a photo of their PSA licence and it is kept on their profile, but ForceVera does not check it with the Private Security Authority or track its expiry. Check licences with the Private Security Authority directly.

Does ForceVera have a man-down or SOS button?

Not today. For lone workers, ForceVera alerts dispatchers when a guard leaves the site's geofence or stops moving while on duty, but there is no panic button or automatic fall detection.
