Guard tour system A guard tour system proves that security guards patrolled the places they were meant to, when they were meant to. Guards scan checkpoints placed around a site, each scan is recorded with the time and location, and supervisors are alerted when a scheduled round is missed or late. ForceVera does this with QR codes and the guard mobile app. Included in every plan → Guard scheduling Security guard scheduling software plans which guard covers which post, site and shift, and tells guards their schedule. ForceVera shows the whole week by site and guard, publishes shifts to the guard app with reminders, tracks leave requests and shift rejections, and links each shift to the time clock so you can see whether it was worked. Included in every plan → Geofenced time clock Use a geofenced time clock. Each site has a boundary drawn on a map, and the guard app only lets a guard clock in, take a break or clock out inside it. ForceVera records the time and location of each action, alerts you when a guard leaves the site or goes idle, and turns the records into timesheets. Included in every plan → Incident & daily reports A daily activity report (DAR) records what happened on a security shift: the guard, site and times on duty, patrols completed, incidents and observations, visitors and anything handed over to the next shift. ForceVera builds it from the guard's reports, clock records and patrol scans, adds photos, and emails a compiled report to the client. Included in every plan; client portal on Pro and Enterprise → Dispatch & command center Security dispatch software gives a control room a live view of guards and sites, and the tools to send guards to calls and track them to completion. ForceVera shows guards on a live map with an activity feed, logs dispatch calls with their status, keeps post orders at hand and raises alerts for geofence exits, idle guards and missed patrols. Pro and Enterprise →

Also included: client portal, client billing and invoicing, guard KPIs, the guard and supervisor mobile app, training videos and white-label branding. Compare plans.
